Likely Peru's largest spider, Pamphobeteus antinous is an incredible display species. Females are capable of a leggy 8 or even 9 inches and are jet black with reddish setae, while mature males have an iridescent blue sheen that gives the species it's common name. 

These spiders are active, aggressive eaters and long lived. Simply a must-have for any serious South American Giant collection!
